The Paducah Sun Saturdav. March 17. 1990 DEATHS Anna Travis MARION, Ky, Anna Travis, 66, of Marion Rt. 1, died at 8:14 p.m. Thursday at the Senior Citizens Nursing Home in Madisonville.

Mrs. Travis is survived by three sons, Johnny Travis, Bobby Travis and Terry Travis, all of Marion; a half brother, Rollie Capps of Colorado; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home. The Rev.

Charles Epstein of Paducah, died at 5 p.m. Wednesday at a hospital in North Miami Beach. He was a former resident of New York City. Student aid application deadline A April 2 at MSU MURRAY, Ky. Financial aid applications for the 1990-91 school year are due by April 2 at the Murray State University Student Financial Aid Office. Director Johnny McDougal said filing by April 2 helps students because of the number of requests for He said the Kentucky Financial Aid Form must be filed by both instate and out-of-state students requesting aid. Both the KFAF a and Murray State forms are in the 1990- 91 financial aid packets available from his office in the basem*nt of Sparks Hall. McDougal emphasized previous applicants currently enrolled or planning to return to school will have to file new forms for 1990-91.

The level of funding for Murray State is expected to remain about the same as this year, McDougal said. Student financial aid includes grants, loans and student employment. Clayton Dycus KUTTAWA, Ky. Clayton Dycus, 83, of Kuttawa Rt. 2, died at 2:45 p.m. Friday in Calvert City. He was a member of the Chestnut Oak United Methodist Church.

Joe Hospital. Mr. Bement, a native of Melber, was a graduate of Murray State University and taught at Lone Oak High School from 1934 to 1939. He was a retired executive director of the Kentucky School Boards Association and was a member of the state advisory committee for the Kentucky Educational Television. Mr.

Bement was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lexington, where he served on the church board. He was also a member of the board of directors of the Resource Office of Social Ministries in Fayette County. Surviving are his wife, Loraine Gore Bement; a daughter, Carole Harned of Bowling Green; a son, Maurice D. Bement Jr. of Lexington, and a sister, Carolyn Edwards of Paducah, and two grandchildren.
